I am familiar with the higher education and university environment and am currently a PhD candidate myself. This means I am aware of the potential stresses and strains of studying and juggling other commitments.
Sessions will be a safe space where we can explore your needs and make a plan for your success! They will be a way for you to work towards targets and keep on track with your studies. Identifying any obstacles sooner rather than later with regular scheduled sessions, makes it easier to deal with them and prevent them from hindering your progress.
Studying is not just about achieving academic goals, it is also about enjoying the journey. Ensuring that you have good self-care, planning and support in place can really help you to do this. Sessions can also help you to build your confidence both academically and personally.
I am a mentor, coach, supervisor, counsellor and psychotherapist and will use my many years of experience to help you achieve your goals and thrive on your journey.
