Nico Norton

My first teaching experience comes from private tutoring when I was in school and during my first year at University. I would tutor privately in English as a second language and maths, both in person and online, to Italian-speaking children. I also have some experience teaching small classes in summer schools.
I now tutor children and adults in piano, violin, and singing. Through this work I have developed my passion for teaching and my skills, which are transferrable to teaching Italian and other subjects.
Growing up, I have learned the benefits of knowing more than one language, and I would love to help others achieve this goal.
I am currently training as a Music Therapist; the skills I am being taught and my experience on placements in hospitals and SEN schools have made me a better, more attentive, and sensitive teacher, especially when working with vulnerable children or adults.
