Nicky Sharp

After 28 years in the energy industry, with 18 years in leadership roles, I decided to leave the corporate world to focus on my passion for coaching and helping people be the best version of themselves and to flourish and thrive. I have recently started my own coaching practice with 121 coaching packages for my clients.

Having spent my career coaching and mentoring informally, I qualified as a coach in 2023, achieving the renowned PASEDA360 Advanced Practitioner Transformational Coaching Certificate to enable clients to transform all elements of their personal and professional development.

More recently, I have completed a Diploma in Positive Psychology and Positive Psychology Coaching which I am now specialising in. It is triple accredited with ICF, Association of Coaching and European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC.) I am also an introductory associate member of the AC.

My specialisms include Positive Psychology coaching, career coaching & mentoring and mindset and confidence. I also mentor for the Women's Utilities Network, supporting women to develop their careers within the energy industry.

My coaching is bespoke to you, led by you, helping you to move forward with confidence. I work in partnership with my clients where I support you in reaching your goals. We do that by working together to clarify your objectives, identify any obstacles and create actionable plans to move you forwards to the future you want.
