I use different methodologies to meet the expectation of my student. I use presentation, discussion , demonstration, and lectures. I encourage students to take notes and actively participate.
where training platforms provide marker boards i consider using it for effective calculation.
I do also make summarized notes for students which would really encourage to observe copyright protection policies while using and sharing.
Depending on which curriculum the student is learning through, I customize my notes to the need of the examiners as well as for knowledge acquisition and creation o competent learners. PowerPoint presentation is also part of my teaching methods to create efficient and effective uptake of skills and knowledge.
All these can be done through a number of platform. I have been using google classroom to engage with my students and get real time interaction with a class of students. Also for video conferencing I will be using google, webex meet, Jitsi meet, Zoom among other platforms whichever it is appropriate for a student and myself. the key point is we must use a platform which will enhance effective and seamless interaction.
Any other platform which can be provide to support learning ,I will be able to use without any glitch . I am used to online platforms and my learning to use them has been very swift.
Generally I am well adept with technology and its application in delivering training. where technology is applied learning become more efficient and effective as well a being enjoyable as I we can interact with people from diverse background and across the world. For sure technology has made the whole world become a GLOBAL VILLAGE.
