I will discuss with the student what ways they prefer to learn and will work alongside them using a method tailored to them to help them grow their own knowledge of the subject. The sessions will consist of learning tailored towards the individual to make the sessions as enjoyable for them as possible. I will also try to gain a good relationship with the students as I've found that liking the person teaching the subject can help with learning. I will use a variety of teaching methods ranging from simply answering questions to more interactive methods where ever possible.
Throughout my time in school I was asked several times to help students in lower years in a variety of subject areas which enabled them to not only learn more but grow in confidence due to not having to worry about being wrong in front of their friends/classmates which ultimately not only helped them in their academic journey but with other aspects of life as well.
