I enjoy engaging classrooms, so I prefer incorporating games into each session for the younger classes and a reward system for the older students. I tend to personalize the lesson to suit students' needs and interests, but I still ensure that key points are covered and explained. I believe in practicing, so I always offer a wide range of exercises that help students become familiar with class content. Over the course of my five years of professional experience, I have accumulated the necessary skills to create a stimulating and efficient session both in-person and virtually. My motto is student-centric, so I place the highest attention on students' learning experiences, which emphasizes students' different learning capacities. This allows me to critically assess and reflect on the quality of the lesson, as well as offer personalized attention to students. Most classes will be divided into two portions, one being theoretical information and one practice. I also encourage students to do presentations and storytelling as parts of their conversational training. Students benefit from these activities as they learn to express their opinions eloquently and independently form their narrative.
