I've got a wonderful experience in teaching. Teaching is prone with ups and downs giving a fortifying and unique experience that I couldn't escape. This has made me to know how to handle both learners (slow, fast and medium) without greater problems
My method of teaching is usually base on competency based approach which is applicable only 40% since there are some students that find it difficult to express themselves and so I'm always oblige to come down to each person's level and move with everyone though respecting the time frame
