I prepare curriculum and collect content to use for every online classes. I also create daily work schedules and exams, which help to keep the students engaged in my Biology and English lessons. I have ability to adhere to the curriculum of schools and state and federal laws associated with online teaching. I also have ability to observe the progress of the students and maintain excellent student record. I put together class discussions where students can ask questions and voice opinions. I am an expert in teaching field with TEFL certificate and Bachelor of Science (Honours) In Health Information Management. I have lots of patience and I always treat students with respect and friendly attitude. I also possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. I am reliable, punctual, self-motivated and I know I have the skills and experience for tutoring. I was a Biology teacher for 7 months at Ngwankwena Secondary school. Students I was tutoring obtained best grades. I achieved high pass rate because I ensured all my students understood the content and I became patient with them. I did not charge anything for those students who were struggling with certain topics, instead I provide extra classes to ensure that they have an understanding. Discussion is important as well because my students may have different understanding about the topic and it can also be easy for learners to understand concepts if it is explained by their colleagues and they make a debate about it.
