I have been teaching English to college students for more than 5 years now and love doing it. Because it inspires me as I teach both pupils in the primary school and students in colleges an high school and even educate the illiterates how to read and educate those who use it as a foreign language. Being in this profession makes me to undergo more experience and new skills to teach my pupils, students,and foreigners with ease. This domain is a domain that needs kind attention and patient, because Learners are different from different backgrounds and may have different behavior and so needs alot of patients. If you have quick anger avoid this profession because it doesn't require anger and force,but rather encouragement and understanding. Some feel reluctant to learn as such you have to encourage the learner by making the learner understand the important of that and the effect in the long run. To the primary kids at times are given gift to encourage them learn. Most often is good to organize challenges in class by promising the Learners a gift for to the person who participate the most in class. Try by all possible means to know the problem of each learner and solve them accordingly. Try as much as possible to be friendly to these Learners so as to know their difficulties. As an educator you're first a parent to all your Learners therefore treat them as though they were your own children. If first the will then the talent. Do not choose it because of money. No.
