Hello! My name is Nelo!

I am a very interactive and understanding tutor so because of this I will begin our first session by understanding your needs and collaboratively we will map out a teaching schedule. I am very flexible and am happy to teach in whatever style you prefer. I am happy to have an extremely engaging lesson or to give a lecture format just depending on your comfort levels.

I believe in looking at my students with unconditional positive regard and taking on a development approach to learning, where we work together to fill in your gaps and strengthen your confidence in the subject. While helping you to reach your own goals around the subject area.

I am very respectful of others time so I promise to be on time for lessons and finish within the allocated time stamp. I further am very organised and therefore all work required of me outside of teaching hours (exp. marking, doing my own research around topics etc) will be completed as agreed upon before each session. I want to make our time in each session as productive as possible.

Finally, I have touched on this, but I want to stress that I am a very positive person with a lively personality and a passion for sharing knowledge and helping others. I therefore, am kind, patient and caring towards my students and treat them with outermost respect.
