I’m a qualified and accredited life coach. Based in mid Devon I offer face to face, virtual and telephone coaching. Life in general doesn’t need any further complications so my ethos is to take a simple and straightforward approach to coaching others.

I’ve worked for a major retailer for many years and have a huge amount of experience in working with other people through both personal and professional challenges. Educational challenges can be seen as very similar to these and my belief is that I can use my coaching skills and experience in business and life in general to help you. Ultimately you are the expert on you, so let’s unlock your potential.

People are what make the world go round, and all the attributes, skills and knowledge that come with them. That’s my belief and why I want to continue to help and support others to make the most of these. My coaching approach is designed to offer a broad spectrum of personal life coaching that works in any aspect of life. From that point of view the mission is quite simple. But from the client’s points of view it can be anything but.
