I have been a profession trainer for many years, I hold a number of training qualifications and importantly these include a COLF ( certificated online facilitation certificate) meaning I can deliver training online ensuring the message is engaging and interactive. I rely a lot on visuals however its important to highlight that the best way to teach is to be adaptive and meet the needs of the learner rather than adopting a one size fits all approach. I sometimes use slides , MS teams or simply a camera and explain content. I have delivered a range of training experiences inclining classroom training, one to one coaching, online session and I have also developed e learning software . I am proficient in training most aspects of law including contract law, civil law, criminal law as well as many others.
