Each session is thoughtfully structured to include a balanced mix of physical postures, breath control, and mindfulness techniques.

In my classes, you can expect:

- **Warm-up**: We start with gentle stretches and breathing exercises to prepare the body and mind for the practice ahead.
- **Main Practice**: Depending on the style of yoga being taught, this portion will focus on flowing sequences (Vinyasa), strength-building poses (Power), alignment and technique (Hatha), or deep, restorative postures (Yin).
- **Pranayama and Meditation**: Each session incorporates elements of Pranayama (breath control) and meditation to enhance mental clarity and relaxation.
- **Cool-down**: We conclude with a series of gentle stretches and a final relaxation pose to integrate the benefits of the practice.
