Hello everyone! My name is Florence. I'm a 26-year-old Cambridge ESOL Speaking Examiner and a TESOL/TEFL certified teacher. I have been teaching English for 5 years now and counting. I have thought students of varied ages both on and offline. I love to communicate and it comes naturally to me, interacting with different people wows me. I aim to ensure that students can learn in a positive and enjoyable environment as well as to encourage them to express their ideas verbally and through writing. I use an appropriate mix of 3 teaching styles. This helps my students learn, grow, and become more independent. These styles include; The delegating style which Empowers students, The discussing style that is asking questions and listening , and The directing style meaning sometimes telling students what to do. I also Provide instruction using textbooks, worksheets, games, and visuals to help improve reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills which requires Planning & organizing. Additionally, I have prepared 50+ students for several ESL tests, including IELTS and TOEIC. So, come on let me guide you into the great experience that learning a new language can bring!
