I like to use slideshows to create engaging lessons, I focus on emphasising the learning outcomes and active learning through practice questions or past papers. As I studied IB psychology, I am very familiar with psychology's rigorous aspects and the assessments accompanying the subject. I have experience tutoring students in English and Biology and as a student studying psychology myself, I will apply all that I learn to the classes as well. I am always open to suggestions and create a space where the student can feel heard and comfortable asking questions. I am eager to teach about the mind and behaviour, more specifically theories and research studies that are fundamental to our understanding of psychology. I will always create an engaging lesson and ensure that the style or structure of the lessons is according to what the student needs. As a student, I know how challenging exams can be, and therefore am well-equipped to support students at any point in their studies.
