I have been giving home tuition and online tuitions for more than 5 years now and have been successful in making my students get good grades. I try to focus more on basic concepts as I believe basics are more important as they're the foundations of the subject. Once I clear the concepts well, I've noticed that the students start taking more interest in the subject, and automatically, their grades level up. My pace is the pace at which the student picks up the knowledge well. I don't rush anything. If my students are slow, I am extremely patient with them. If my students are learning too quickly, I don't slow their pace. Instead, I work along with them and we cover more topics than what was planned for that lesson. So, it depends on my students' pace. I'm dedicated and I spend long hours with my students, as much as they need. I don't fix my working hours. If I'm not busy and my students need me, I'll be there for them the whole day. That's all.
