Natasha Smith

Hi, I'm Natasha!
I am passionate about English literature, both in its reading and the craft of composing good writing with solid form. I have always felt that within literature there are many worlds, historical and sociological depictions of a moment in time, of a human experience, and after all, stories are the essence of literature and life.

After gaining a degree in English literature my enthusiasm led me to both teaching and writing some works of my own. I have offered private tuition for several years and love to develop and nurture this passion within my students who range from Key Stage 1 level to those preparing for their A.Levels and foreign internationals of all ages. I am also fluent in the language of Farsi

My lessons are exciting and individually built to the person needs, age and depth of understanding. I have a gentle approach and most of all, place an importance on fun, because it is when we are happy, engaged and enjoying ourselves that we truly learn.
Depending on the student and their requirements sometimes provide homework in relation to what we have worked on to further expand learning and encourage independent development and progression.
