My methodology is totally flexible.
If you've already mastered cooking and want to learn a specific dish, I'll find the best recipe, preferably with native friends.
If you don't have any skills and would like to learn the basics to get by during university, we can make that happen too.
My focus is to help you eat well! And I'm not just talking about healthy things, I'm talking about eating what you like! I have a degree in gastronomy, nutrition and food technology. I've worked in bars and restaurants, hamburger restaurants, pizzerias, pastry shops, etc. I worked in the food industry for 5 years and have been cooking since I was 12. I worked for 7 years making sweets and cakes for birthdays and weddings. And 3 years preparing lunchboxes for special diets (to gain mass in the gym, to lose weight, lactose-free, gluten-free, etc.)...
I practically live on food! (Not just eating, but doing/working).
I'm in Ireland to improve my level of English, and teaching cooking classes is not difficult for me. I have to say that we may have difficulties with the language in matters outside the context of the class, but please know that I will do my best to ensure that you leave with the learning you want! Classes can be a way for you to learn what you need to learn, and for me to improve my communication in English - we all leave with something to learn, always!
