Structured and easy to follow - we will break down important information and organise in ways which is easy for you to understand!

I can give you guidance in how to format and structure essays and psychological reports / journal articles. Things to consider when conducting a research project, knowledge in models of psychology such as behavioural and cognitive. We can also look at different theories in a way which is easy to understand.

End of the session we will summarise what we have achieved and set goals for our next session together!

Working somewhere where it is mentally draining? I can give tips and advice on how to handle workplace stress and we can practice some mindfulness techniques and speak through stress coping strategies!


My journey hasn’t been easy - least to say a struggle to get to where I am today - working as an assistant psychologist with clients who have a brain injury and exhibit challenging behaviour. So I can relate to the struggle of getting your first AP post and getting into the psychology field in general!
