I will provide 1:1 face to face tuition to students in Wrexham, and near-by. I will take a look at where a student is at the present and build their skills up using demonstration, explanation and practise to hone their abilities. If the student is a complete beginner, I will encourage the student to become accustomed to holding the guitar, using a plectrum for strumming and demonstrating how to use a guitar. I will cover the basics of how to tune a guitar, how to navigate the guitar, provide one to three chords to practise (depending on how well the student learns them) and encourage the use of books as well as apps and YouTube for supplemental information.

The student will need to practise in-between lessons and I will give the material required for this. Normally this will be written on paper, which the student will need to keep for the next lesson, for practising, and for reference.

It is important to note that the student must have their own guitar as they will need to use their own guitar for the lessons and to practise in-between.

The lessons will take place at the student's house, which I will be able to get to for the arranged time of the lesson. In order to book a lesson, please contact me. I'm friendly, polite and caring with a passion for music, so if I'm chosen me as a tutor, I will do my best to cater to your needs.
