I strongly beleive lessons should be tailored specifically to suit each child’s learning style. I have extensive experience teaching children in an ARP class (primary school), using many different ways of communication and creative ways of engaging children with SEN. My passion is helping children who are struggling to learn at school due to their needs not being met, or children who may feel misunderstood. I am able to use visual aids, and PECS for children that may need these. A complimentary visit will be offered in the first instance to get a detailed summary of your child’s needs and goals, and to meet your child for a short time to build familiarity and rapport. I have an enhanced DBS on the update register, and up to date Child protection training.
