I have been teaching piano, violin and music theory for 20 years. I have taught privately and in schools and music schools. I studied at The Royal College of Music in London. Although classically trained, I teach all styles including classical, pop and jazz. I prepare pupils for ABRSM / Trinity exams, with many of my students gaining Distinctions. Pupils have the option of not taking exams and just focusing on repertoire if they prefer to do so.

All lessons are personalised to suit the student in order to maximise progress. Musical goals are chosen collaboratively.
I teach face to face in North Peterborough and online. I have a PgCert in Performance Teaching ( Merit) from the prestigious Guildhall School Music and Drama in London and a Degree in Music from Leeds Conservatoire. I also hold a diploma in Piano Performance ( ATCL).

For 6 years i taught piano at Peterborough Centre for You g Musicians / The Guildhall School of Music & Drama. I was previously Head of Music at an international school in Singapore. I have extensive teaching and performing experience. I currently teach music in a school and I teach privately from my home studio with two Yamaha grand pianos,

Beginners to advanced welcome. I teach up to Grade 8/ ARSM Diploma Level.
Adults and children equally welcome.
