I have been studying French for the past 8 years and I achieved a grade 9 at GCSE and am currently a year into my A-Level French course and have been achieving A and A* grades this year. I am aware of the GCSE specification and requirements for French and I have access to a wealth of resources that I was given during my GCSE studies - for reading, listening, writing and speaking - that really helped and broke down such a complex language into simple parts. I really want to share the beauty of the language and my passion for it, hopefully allowing others to see it as fun, even if it initially seems challenging. I would create flexible lessons to fit your needs and ability, whilst also allowing you to be stretched and challenged when needed. Some examples of how I would teach would be through reading exercises from past papers, focussed sessions on grammar and tenses, vocabulary learning, and speaking practice. In terms of timings, I am quite flexible and happy to conduct lessons on weekday evenings (outside school hours) and/or during the day on weekends.
