I love to create fun and interactive lessons for my students, using games for younger students and lots of questions for the older students to check their understanding. I think that it is important to have fun while learning and to have the best possible experience.

I love to create a personal relationship with my students so that they know that they can ask me questions, even those that they may call a ‘stupid question’.

I have lots of experience teaching as I am a swimming teacher as well as a Young Leader at my local Brownie group, both of which I hugely enjoy.

I love working with children and watching them improve and learn at the incredibly fast rate that children do.

Additionally, I love having interesting conversations with my older students and talking about some weird and random questions that help to gain a deeper understanding of the topic even if it’s not specifically mentioned in the specification. One thing I learned from my GCSEs was that wider knowledge and more understanding is essential for getting the best possible grades!
