When I tutor students, I like using a strength based approach. Although students may need additional practice to understand and connect with classroom material, they are taking proactive steps to enhancing their education. I like connecting with the students and asking them what their goals are for each session. I also like creating a fun learning environment with a lot of examples and videos!
