Therefore, I always try my best to get to know my pupils - their interests, their hobbies and their strengths- so that I can use that in my lessons making their learning experience memorable. Through constant assessment, I am always on a look out for the opportunities to move the learning on so that my pupils are never bored. Repetition and application of the newly acquired skills create the solid foundation of learning for life.
