become not effective as it used to be due to the current advancement in technology. Teaching becomes more
effectives when it performed in a quicker response to the needs of the learner, so that blending various
techniques to deliver knowledge and ideas become necessary. These methodology presents the characteristics of many

I can describe myself as friendly, enthusiastic and respectful. As a teacher, we can easily get respect from the students if they would feel respected first. First, English is a language and not a basis of intelligence. We might be better than our students when it comes to speaking and understanding English but they might be more intelligent and talented than us. It just so happened that our country has been open to different dialects when it comes to learning. I am enthusiastic because i want my students to feel that i am higly spirited and faithful.
