I am Classically french trained but can teach you to cook many more International dishes. French cookery teaches the basics of sophisticated cookery from sauces to preparing all food. I can teach you food prep, health and hygiene and important temperatures and storing with dairy, fish and meat. I also specialise in Vegetarian and Vegan cooking so I can help you to understand a nutritionally balanced meal. With our lessons we can cook together or I can guide you through with instructions and you can ask as many questions as you like I will be here to assist you till the end. I hope to help you get the vital life skills, confidence and passion of cooking with food, its easy once you know how!
