Fun and Learning is my key word. I have more than 10 years of classroom and virtual teaching. In my classroom I get to understand my students first, their level of understanding and interest, as understanding is key communication and helps to connect and learn. With this I plan my lessons to best suit individual student needs. I make use of musical videos, flash cards, blocks, puppets and online educational games to make my classroom interactive and fun. I relate my lessons to real life experiences or situations for better understanding . I have helped students move from low level to advance level and this is because I understand that every students strength differs and I try as much as possible to channel their strengths into the classroom that they always look forward to my lessons. I develop training plans that suits each students accordingly and with that I get inactive students to be active and low level to advance level. I enjoy connecting with individuals understanding everyone difference and I am find joy in tutoring young age, middle age and young adults. My environment is an important factor that have shaped the way I connect with people, in my classroom I have more than nine nationality to communicate with on a daily basis, this also give me an edge to be able to connect with anyone, does not matter the ethnics, I have grown as a person professionally and personally and I look forward to connect with everyone that comes in my class. Looking forward to spending time with the students in my class.
