I would begin my explaining the topic on what the student is stuck in. I would break it down into more easier ways to understand it. And I would offer strategies that the student could use which would help them understand the topic more. I would then suggest to go through some exam question and try answering them. And if they don’t understand the question I would try to break it up and explain why the answer is that. I would give them more questions that they can work through on their own. And then we would go through them to see which ones were correct and which ones aren’t. And the ones that are incorrect I would explain to them why the answer is wrong and help them to get to the correct answer. After finishing that topic I would teach them revision strategies that they could use which would help them remember the topic in a easier way. I believe helping students in this way would be a good way as from my personal experiences this strategy was the best for me to remember and learn things for my exams. I believe that this way would help students to be able to break down what they are struggling on and they can think of better and easier ways to overcome what they are struggling in and find a way to understand that topic. It would give students the opportunities to use their method of learning to understand and remember
