I will be using Powerpoint mainly as a primary mode of teaching. The sessions will be more interactive as the lessons go on, involving quizzes, questionnaires and games. The depth of knowledge will be aligned with the grade of the student and some extracurricular information will be added for general knowledge. The teaching style is highly receptive of the feedback to ensure maximum comfort for the student. There will be greater time allotted to concepts that seem to be harder to grasp by the student. I already have tons of experience handling younger kids and am confident in my ability to teach older ones too. I currently hold a BSc Biomedical Science Degree which demonstrates my solid foundation in the field. Older students can also ask for some career guidance if related to a biological field or any other questions they may have. A video element is guaranteed for almost all lessons so as to make the educational method more memorable, interactive and fun. A connection to real world will also be used to help better understand a particular topic, wherever applicable. The frequency of testing can be in accordance with what is most beneficial for the student and assignments will be given to only aid learning and not burden with extra work. The content taught will be as close to that in school as possible and the delivery format would be more or less tailor-made to suit the requirements of each student, to achieve the best possible results for them.
