Even though I don't have any experience teaching professionally, I have tutored my siblings and helped my sister get through her GCSE's. I understand the struggles of feeling like you're falling behind your peers academically, and sometimes people feel to anxious or shy to raise a hand and ask for help. I would make sure each student leaves a class satisfied with what has been taught, and capable of getting through homework without much difficulty. In my opinion, taking notes is one of the most important parts of learning, so whenever there's certain details that can slip your mind you have it written briefly to help you remember. I would love to emphasise that my style of teaching would be more laid-back than strict, as I believe that as a kid it was easier to get along with and pay more attention to teachers who make lessons enjoyable and relatable, rather than "boring" and long.
