Hello! If you are interested in having maths lessons with me, here is what you can expect:
Fun, Friendly, and Supportive
My lessons are designed to make your child feel confident and comfortable with maths. We keep things fun and positive, with lots of encouragement, praise, and patience. Mistakes are welcome—they’re part of learning!
Lesson Format
Each lesson is around 30–60 minutes, depending on the child’s age and attention span. We start with a quick warm-up to get thinking, then go step-by-step through new topics or review anything tricky from school. We finish with a game, challenge, or quick recap to help the learning stick.
What We Work On
Whether it’s homework, topics your child is finding difficult in class or just that they want to get ahead, I am here to support your child with it all! The topics we cover in each lesson depends on what you would like me to cover with your child in that lesson.
Experience
I’ve worked with many primary school children—from those who need a bit of extra help to those who want to stretch their maths skills further. I’m patient, encouraging, and always focused on building confidence and understanding. Parents often tell me their child starts enjoying maths much more after just a few lessons.
I also keep parents updated with regular feedback, so you’ll always know how your child is progressing. My goal is to help every child feel proud of their efforts and excited to learn more each and every day.
