My teaching process-
I make a flow chart , in this flow chart start with this questions
1.what we will learn today?
2.why we should learn this topic ?
3. Practical use of this topic or examples

I am very friendly while I'm teaching to the students. So student will be relax and more curious about my lecture.

Sometimes students don't understand so I change the teaching method, I believe if I try in different methods maybe the topic will be more easy and smooth to the students .

On the other side I also believe in making own hand notes . Sometimes students don't know how they should make a quick notes . So I encourage them to make notes and the process of making notes.

Finally sometimes ask to my student to teach me what you understand or take a little presentation from my student so thire confident will grow up.

My last technique is I ask to the students as a friendly few questions after finished my lecture. Then if they making a wrong answer I encourage them and teach them what should be the right answer with example and in details.
