I am an A level student who would like to apply to be a tutor for primary school children and GCSE students as I have a passions for teaching. During my GCSEs I was tutoring many of my friends for English Literature and helped them learn new content. I also enjoy working with little children as I helped out at a scouts group. Along with this I have also volunteered at multiple charity events making me a confident and outgoing person. I am studying English literature, sociology and religious studies. I also hope to make the learning fun for all the children. I will teach GCSE students by helping them learn key methods, how to annotate passages from novels, writers intentions and also how to plan an exam question under a time limit. For primary school students I will help them by making their writing and reading more advanced. Even if my students don't have a passion for English I would like to make learning easier for them and increase their knowledge. In my free time I like to annotate books especially classics so I will enjoy helping students do this as I've had lots of practice with it. I also believe I will be a good tutor because at school I go to year 11 and year 10 lessons to help children with their english curriculum. I do this by helping them annotate key quotes and learn all they need to know for their upcoming exams so they feel confident and ready.
