Nadine Soobramoney

I have experience as a Training Lead for Africa at Lipton Teas and Infusions (Ekaterra Tea). I also have experience as a Learning and Development Specialist at MANCOSA (The Management College of Southern Africa). I am an experienced Chemical Operations Training Facilitator, CHIETA accredited Constituent Assessor and CHIETA accredited Constituent Moderator for NQF levels 1 to 4. I have one years’ experiential training from SAPREF (Shell and BP refinery), working as a Trainee Process Technician on the crude oil distiller. I also have nine months experience as a Research Assistant, working at the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal in the Thermodynamics Research Division (School of Chemical Engineering). I have excellent communication, trouble shooting and problem-solving abilities. I am a strong chemical engineering professional with a National Diploma in Chemical Engineering from Durban University of Technology. I am a critical thinker with a strong analytical mind. I am a motivated, eager, career driven, hardworking, focused and dedicated individual, who is ever willing to learn, and always go the extra mile to accomplish tasks that are assigned to me. I thrive extremely well under pressure and always get tasks done efficiently and effectively.

I am passionate about training and Learning and Development. Helping people to grow, up skill, develop, empower and become the best versions of themselves. I love to impart knowledge to people and share my knowledge and experience with learners and always adapting my teaching styles to suit the learner needs.
