I like to first see where the students knowledge on a topic is at. I explain things in an interactive way, with use of internet sources if needed (such as youtube, online diagrams) and use drawings to aid explanation. I find Chemistry is easier to understand when using life analogies that the student can relate to. Imagination is key to getting a true grasp of how things work on such a small level.

I have a Masters in Chemistry and industry experience in various areas, including, Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical and Flavours.

I have a very happy nature, and calm and extremely patient :). I genuinely enjoy teaching others about how the world works (in the language of Chemistry!)

I also have a big passion for Art and Photography, with A-levels and professional work in both. These are two more subjects I can teach
