My lessons are structured, engaging, and fully personalised to each student’s needs. I begin with a short diagnostic assessment to understand strengths, gaps, and learning style. From there, I create a clear learning plan with measurable goals.

Each lesson typically includes three parts. First, we review and strengthen key concepts using clear explanations and guided examples. Second, we practise targeted questions together, focusing on accuracy and understanding. Third, we apply skills under timed conditions where appropriate, building exam technique and confidence gradually.

For Eleven Plus preparation, I cover English, mathematics, verbal reasoning, and non verbal reasoning across GL, ISEB, and CEM formats. I focus not only on content knowledge but also on time management, question interpretation, and staying calm under pressure. For GCSE English, I support reading comprehension, creative and transactional writing, essay structure, and exam response techniques.

I have over eight years of tutoring experience and more than 6000 hours of one to one teaching. I have also delivered in school tutoring through a UK education charity, which strengthened my understanding of the national curriculum and classroom expectations.

My teaching style is calm, supportive, and encouraging. I aim to build both academic ability and confidence, so students leave each session feeling clearer, more capable, and motivated to keep improving.
