Nadia Akhtar

Hi, I'm Nadia, a maths student at the University of Birmingham.

I am keen to help students with 11+ or secondary school maths, and I aim to do so by teaching patiently and offering alternative explanations of methods. I try to be as approachable as possible to encourage students to ask questions, and I will prompt them when necessary.

Furthermore, as a recent school-leaver, I have a good understanding of exam requirements, so I am aware of specifications and exam-style questions
However, I will go beyond the specification when suitable to test the students' knowledge and encourage a passion for maths.
