I aim to teach to cater to my students and their specific needs. I make a specific plan for my lessons based on my students and ensure that they understand my teaching. I also for feedback from students every lessons to ensure that they feel comfortable to share any queries or concerns. My main priority to make a safe space for my students to learn at a good pace with good dynamics. In the past this method of teaching has benefited me as my students become more confident in asking and answering questions. I find that being able to show my students that I am capable of teaching as well as offering students helps them with their motivation to learn.
