My lessons are designed to be engaging and adjusted to suit each student's unique learning style. I encourage students to ask questions, to think creatively, and to find the answers. This helps students to develop a questioning mind. I also believe that active participation and interactive discussions set the foundation for effective learning.

Furthermore, setting tutoring goals helps me structure my students' learning plans and monitor their learning progress. I make sure that the goals set are measurable and realistic. My students have a say in what their goals should be. If they have helped to set their goals, they are more likely to work towards it.

Throughout the session, I also identify other areas for improvement, such as sentence structure, clarity and word choice. Right before the session ends, I also provide them with some learning materials to improve their vocabulary, reading comprehension and spelling.

Finally, I make sure that my lessons are fun and interesting.
