I use interactive lessons in which I discuss what the student is struggling on and take it from there to create a weekly plan on how I will teach and apply their new knowledge onto practice questions. I believe practice questions are a great way to see how much students know and to really identify their weaknesses. I will go over and teach their weaknesses to them on an online whiteboard platform so it is easy visual for students to see.
