I am a person who didn't love math growing up because I believe it wasn't taught to me properly. I think math lessons should involve a decent element of humor or fun, but still have the student end up understanding whatever they need to by the end of the lesson. My lessons will involve fun slideshows, random silly analogies to help with understanding, and so many other entertaining methods of teaching. I am a very energetic and interesting human being and all my previous students would describe my tutoring experience as "one of a kind". I fully believe that having a good relationship with my students is a crucial step towards ensuring they , not only understand what they need to, but also grow to love math as a whole.
