As an online teacher, I must be flexible and adaptable to the different needs and schedules of their students. This means that a teacher must be available to answer questions, provide feedback, and offer support outside of traditional classroom hours. It is also important to provide students with clear instructions and guidelines for self-study, so that they can progress at their own pace.

I must be able to provide a supportive and positive learning environment. This means providing students with constructive feedback, recognizing their achievements, and creating a safe space for them to express their opinions and ideas.
