I like to use videos as there are many different types of learners such as visual. As well as this I may draw diagrams or break ideas down simply using drawings on either a whiteboard or some paper.

Another format I find helpful is presentations that do not contain an overwhelming amount of information yet is simple and clear to understand with animations and audios to engage the learner.
