Experienced Beauty IQA Seeking New Opportunities in London ( remote and part- time)

I am a qualified and experienced Beauty Lecturer, Assessor, and Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) actively seeking a new opportunity within a reputable training organisation or college in London. With extensive experience in the beauty education and training sector, I bring a strong commitment to maintaining quality standards, supporting assessor development, and ensuring learner success across all levels of VTCT Beauty Therapy qualifications (Levels 1–4), L3 AET and L3 CAVA

In my current role as an IQA, I am responsible for monitoring assessment decisions, standardising assessor practice, and ensuring compliance with awarding body requirements. I take pride in delivering constructive feedback, facilitating standardisation meetings, and implementing robust internal verification systems to uphold excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment.

My professional background also includes delivering beauty therapy, anatomy and physiology, and practical training sessions, allowing me to understand the full learner journey—from classroom delivery to certification. I am highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about continuous improvement and learner achievement.

I am now looking to join a forward-thinking organisation where I can contribute my expertise in quality assurance, support staff development, and help maintain high standards of training delivery.
