I am a friendly teacher whoever take a class with me he will enjoy a lot. I mostly share group assignment and class work to students to participate those one as well who are shy persons. Simple activities through which students can learn easily and remember for the whole life. Every time when I started new topic first I recall the previous lesson to warm up my pupil and then at the end I also give time to students to ask questions as well. By good teaching methods I can change not only a person but whole community or even world which those students will show in form of achieving their goals. I am well aware of pupil safeguarding policies and have got practical experience how to change a fixed mindset to a flexible mindset or a growth mindset. I know how to change the behavior of a disadvantage student to help him in bringing him up to the top and for this I know different strategies.
