I am particularly fascinated by the health benefits both physically and mentally with Yoga Asanas (poses) and Meditation, the classes I have designed are with the intention of helping my students feel flexible, build core, muscle and spinal strength, find focus, clarity and peace both on and off their yoga mat.
Every Yoga session I design is based around a 6 week progressive yoga study based on my students individual needs, perhaps students are beginners and need more support in which I can provide modified versions of the Yoga poses with built in breath work.
Alternatively students may have already participated in Yoga and are looking to find deeper stretches, coordination, more balance and use their core strength and stretch their spine. My intermediate and advanced Yoga sessions really challenge students to find what feels good for them.
It could be that some students have had a challenging or stressful time in their job or personal life, my mediations included within the Yoga sessions really help to let go, relax and give you much need clarity and peace.
