My lessons are structured, engaging, and tailored to meet the needs of all learners. Drawing on my experience as a Deputy SENDCo, 2nd in charge of the Religious Education Department in a London school, and as a qualified High-Level Teaching Assistant, I ensure that every lesson is inclusive and differentiated. This approach allows me to challenge and support each student effectively, helping them reach their full potential.

Lessons follow a clear structure: "I do, we do, you do."I begin by modelling concepts and strategies to establish a strong foundation (I do). Next, we work together on guided activities to deepen understanding (we do), before students independently apply what they’ve learned to demonstrate their progress (you do).

I incorporate various activities to suit different learning styles and keep lessons dynamic. For example, I use oracy tasks to build confidence in speaking, reading exercises to enhance comprehension, and creative activities to foster engagement and critical thinking. I aim to set clear academic objectives and provide students with the tools they need to achieve them.

My extensive experience in working with diverse young people has taught me how to adapt lessons to meet individual needs effectively. By fostering an environment that values inclusion and growth, I aim to develop students not only academically but also as confident, capable individuals ready to excel.
