My name is Tony and I have over 35 years’ experience in teaching all levels of English Language to overseas students in the Middle East, S.E. Asia and here in the UK. I have a B.Ed., an M.Ed. and an RSA DELTA.

As a highly experienced and well qualified English Language educator I specialise in EAP/ESP for pre-sessional to pre-doctorate B1-C1/2 students, business English, IELTS as a tutor and examiner and general English for Intermediate - Advanced professional users. I’m also a qualified Scuba diving instructor, enjoy running and a long-time supporter of Leicester City football club.

In my teaching, I prioritise the individual needs of each student, which I carefully assess, and tailor the course delivery to maximise their understanding, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and the quality of student performance. Most importantly, I ensure that effective learning occurs and that students clearly recognise their progress.
